US-UK Aggression Targets East of Sa’adah with Three Airstrikes
The US-UK aggression targeted east of Sa’adah city with three airstrikes on Tuesday morning, according to Almasirah Net correspondent.
Over the past few weeks, the US and the UK have carried out numerous air attacks in various regions of Yemen, responding to the country’s missile and drone assaults on vessels, either owned by Israel or en route to ports in the occupied Palestinian territories.
On Monday, the US-UK aggression carried out several airstrikes in the Al-Katheeb area north of Hodeidah.
Earlier in the same day, US-British warplanes conducted 15 raids on the governorates of Sa’adah and Hodeidah.
A military source stated that the US-British aggression launched eight raids on the Ras Issa area in the evening and three raids in various areas of Zaydiyah in Hodeidah province.
Four more raids were also conducted by the US-British aggression in the eastern part of Sa’adah province.
The recent airstrikes occurred following a statement by Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e, the spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, who announced on Sunday that the aggressors had executed 48 air raids on Yemeni provinces, including Sana’a, Hodeidah, Sa’adah, Al-Baidha, Taiz, and Lahij.
Sare’e emphasized, “Such attacks will not deter the Yemeni forces and the nation from continuing their support for Palestinians against the Zionist occupation and crimes.” He issued a warning, stating, “The aggressors’ airstrikes will not go unanswered.”
The Yemeni Armed Forces have pledged to persist in their strikes in solidarity with Gaza as long as the Israeli regime continues its genocidal war and maintains the ongoing siege on the Palestinian territory.
Palestinian people in the besieged Gaza Strip endure a US-backed Israeli war of genocide for the past four months. The Israeli military aggression has resulted in over 27,300 casualties, predominantly women and children, with more than 66,600 others sustaining injuries.
