Insan organization calls for referring “Israel” to International Criminal Court
Insan Organization for Rights and Liberties praised the announcement by South Africa, Bolivia, Bangladesh, the Comoros and Djibouti to refer “Israel” to the International Criminal Court.
In a statement, the organization appreciated this important step to enhance accountability for war crimes and genocide committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people 42 days ago.
The statement called on all signatory states to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court to take the initiative to announce the referral of “Israel” to the court as a matter of urgency to investigate the horrific violations and horrific crimes it committed against the people of Gaza and to prosecute and hold accountable all those leaders of the occupation involved in those crimes.
The statement indicated the continuation of the Zionist escalation against the residents of the Gaza Strip, committing heinous complex crimes in full view of the entire world and with explicit American and Western support.
