Culture Ministry calls on all creators of world to condemn behavior of “YouTube” company by closing 18 Yemeni national channels

The Ministry of Culture condemned the “YouTube” platform’s decision to close 18 channels of the Military Media, the Ansar Allah Band, the Documentary Production Unit and the Martyrs’ Kindergarten, considering this a criminal precedent not based on a moral vision aimed at killing freedom of opinion and expression.

The ministry’s statement, considered that this precedent embodies the size of the unjustified perseverance in continuing to violate rights and thwart the wills of the struggling peoples, including our struggling Yemeni people and their opposition to the American-Zionist project.

The statement indicated that the management of the YouTube company took by surprise, with all brazenness, without regard for the set of professional media values, and without scruples of conscience or respect for the rights of tens of millions of Yemeni people and the sons of the Arab and Islamic nations, the decision to close 18 channels of the Yemeni war media, the Ansar Allah division , the production unit, documentary and Kindergarten of the Martyrs.

The statement pointed out that the number of its subscribers is more than half a million subscribers, it contained more than seven thousand videos, and its viewers exceeded ninety million views.

The statement considered that YouTube’s decision revealed the reality of its work aimed at serving the colonial project and silencing all mouths seeking to expose those hostile practices that stand in the way of all authentic Arab projects that embody the sincerity of the Islamic trend against those and their repressive methods and their unilateral means that do not believe in freedom of opinion. The Ministry denounced these immoral and irresponsible practices and behaviors that were issued by the YouTube company with this arbitrary step, which led to the closure of the Military Media platforms and a number of other national platforms on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.

The statement said these actions confirm that the YouTube company is still an obedient tool of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition against the Yemeni homeland, embodying in this ugly act a number of abnormal concepts that confirm the policy of double standards and double standards adopted by these companies against every free Arab will and every orientation that seeks to Exposing the bad face of the oppressive Western regimes and their agents within the framework of Arab geography, foremost among them, and on top of them the Saudi and Emirati regimes.

The Ministry affirmed that such cheap tools that the enemies of the nation harness to achieve its interests and goals require all rational and creative people in the world to register a clear position that embodies the complete rejection of these arbitrary, low methods, and expresses the keenness of all honest people in the world to change the policies of such media outlets that lack the most basic ethical standards.
