Explosive device blast hits fuel locomotive in Marib

 A fuel locomotive was hit by an explosive device in Marib province, northeastern Yemen, on Wednesday.

Tribal sources reported that an explosive device planted on the “Al-Farsha” road, which links the oil fields of Safer and the Harib district, south of Marib, exploded when a fuel locomotive carrying diesel material was passing by, leading to its complete burning.

The locomotive driver was seriously injured by the explosion, the sources added.
