Foreign Ministry condemns Zionist aggression on Gaza Strip & southern Lebanon
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the Zionist aggression on Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, in a statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the Zionist aggression on Gaza and southern Lebanon comes after the criminal acts committed by the Zionist occupation forces against worshipers and seclusion in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The ministry pointed out that the Zionist escalation in recent days in the region comes as an attempt by the Zionist enemy to escape from the internal problems facing the government of the usurping entity.
It also stressed that the Zionist violations bear indications of shame and disgrace for those who rush towards normalization with this enemy, and clearly indicate the naivety of the justifications invoked by the normalized countries.
The statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed the position of the Republic of Yemen, the leadership, government and people, who support the right of the Palestinians and the axis of resistance to legitimately defend themselves and take what they deem appropriate to deter the Zionist enemy and prevent its continuous arrogance by all available means.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held the Security Council responsible for the deterioration of the situation in the region in light of the Zionist escalation, which will lead to a threat to international peace and security.
