Saudi-led coalition forces bomb populated areas east of Taiz

 The Saudi-led coalition forces on Sunday bombed with artillery shells residential neighborhoods east of Taiz city, southwest Yemen, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

This came after armed groups of Islah Party militias loyal to the coalition forces in Osayfira area tried to advance towards the sites of Sanaa forces, east of Taiz city, according to the sources.

The sources confirmed that the Sanaa forces were able to repel the attack and forced the Islah militias to flee towards their positions in Osayfira.
