France refers journalists to justice after revealing its involvement in Yemen war

France referred about 3 journalists who revealed the French government’s involvement in the Yemen war, to justice, by selling arms to the Saudi-led coalition against Yemen since 2015, According to Algerie Patriotique website’s report.
The report stressed that by intimidating journalists, the French government is proving its willingness to build a police state in order to silence and suppress any political opposition, and to censor any disturbing and disturbing information.
It said that imperialist France often claims to be one of the fiercest followers of the deadly criminal materials in the war. When anyone tries to expose the plots of the French government, justice makes the improper defense of the state in order to conceal the truth.
The report stated that the French investigative “Disclose” website published a secret document, written in October 2018, by the Army Security Directorate for President Macron and key ministers. At that time, about 20 non-governmental organizations and journalists’ unions, as well as the European Union, denounced that this attack was unacceptable on freedom of the press.
Patriotique affirmed that Disclose wrote that this deprives journalists of the protection guaranteed by the Freedom of the Press Act of July 29, 1881, as the police tried to force them to identify their source. The purpose of the questions was to violate the basic protection of the right of the press to confidentiality of sources, which is an essential element of freedom the press.
It added that the document published by Disclose provided detailed and accurate information on Saudi Arabia’s use of French weapons in Yemen, including tanks, missiles and laser guidance systems.
Patriotique reported that a few days after the publication of the “Disclose’s” report, the General Director of Internal Security summoned the three journalists involved in publishing the document for interrogation. The Director General informed the accused of opening an investigation under the laws of terrorism and attacks on internal security.
The Patriotique website’s report pointed out that the Ministry of the Armed Forces filed a complaint against the Disclose website. Therefore, it seems that in France has the right to obtain changed information completely, adding that Freedom of the press is not as the owners of capital proudly declare, but rather an illusion.
The report stressed that in order to establish the truth, since these discoveries, two American and non-French non-governmental organizations had been submitted to the United Nations and the French judiciary on charges of complicity in crimes against humanity as part of the secret French military operation Sirli, which was conducted in Egypt in 2016.
