Dozens of Zionist settlers escorted by occupation police continued to break into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem) on Monday morning.
According to the Islamic Endowment Department in Jerusalem, dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa through al-Magharebah Gate under the heavy protection of the occupation police.
They performed the so-called epic prostration ritual inside the holy al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards.
The occupation forces continued to restrict the entry of Palestinian worshippers to Al-Aqsa and confiscated their IDs at its external gates, despite the cold and rainy weather.
Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed to settlers’ incursions on two shifts, morning and evening, with the exception of Friday and Saturday, in an attempt to impose temporal and spatial division.
