Cold weather to hit several Yemeni provinces within coming hours

The National Meteorological Center said on Monday that a cold weather is expected to hit several Yemeni provinces within the coming 24 hours.
“The weather is expected to be cold to very cold during the late hours of the night and early morning in the governorates of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar and Bayda,” The center stated in its air bulletin.
The weather is likely to be relatively cold in the high areas of Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, Ibb, Dhalea, southern Hadramout, western Jawf, and parts of desert areas, the center added.
It warned the elderly, children, patients and workers during the night and early morning to take the necessary precautions to prevent cold weather, as well as farmers.
