194 violations of UN-declared military, humanitarian truce recorded in Yemen
The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 194 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Sunday, citing a military source.
According to the military source, the violations included flying of coalition’s warplanes over Al-Hamad area in Najran and 39 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz, Hodeida, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea, Sanaa, Amran provinces and border fronts.
The source declared that coalition’s mercenaries committed ten breaches by creation of combat fortifications in Al-Sawtiat area of Al-Ahtoob, Al-Tabat Al-Sawdaa area of Al-Kadeha and in Maqbna district of Taiz province, in Tabat Al-Sharif and around Al-Shabkah of Al-Jabalia area in Tuhayta district of Hodeida.
The source pointed out that three breaches included air strikes of coalition’s warplanes attacked citizens’ homes in north of Hays district in Hodeida and targeted the army’s sites in Al-Zeelah checkpoint of Murais district in Dhalea.
The source reported that one violation was recorded by a missile shelling at the army’s sites in east of Hays district in Hodeida.
He also confirmed that 34 violations by artillery shelling were recorded at the army’s sites in Marib, Hajjah, Saada, Hodeida and border fronts.
The source mentioned that an artillery bombardment attacked the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi and Malaa areas of Marib, Haradh, Bani Hassan, Al-Mazraq and Al-Tina areas of Hajjah, Al-Malaheedh, Al-Madafin Al-Boqaa and Sheda districts of Saada.
The source pointed out that an artillery shelling targeted sites of the Yemeni army in north and east of Hays district in Hodeida, Maqbna area of Taiz and in Tabat Kamila area of Jizan border province.
In addition, the source declared that 102 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Hodeida, Dhalea and border fronts.
