Israeli occupation forces demolish two houses of Palestinian detainees in Salfit
The Israeli occupation forces demolished this morning and last night the family houses of Palestinian detainees Yehya Miri and Samih Assi in Qarawat Bani Hassan town, west of the northern West Bank city of Salfit, WAFA News Agency reported.
According to Wafa, a large army force accompanied by a bulldozer raided the town last night and surrounded the two houses before forcing all their residents and neighbors to leave the area.
The occupation army demolished the Assi house during the night and blow up the Miri house in the morning after rigging it with explosives in an all-night operation.
The Zionists claimed Yehya Miri, 19, and Samih Assi, 20, were involved in the killing of an Israeli settler in April near the illegal settlement of Ariel, built on land usurped from Salfit and area towns.
The detainees have been held in detention since last May.
