Yemeni Scholars Association condemns destruction of historic “Al-Noor” mosque by Takfiri groups

The Yemen Scholars Association on Monday confirmed that the destruction of the historic Al-Noor Mosque in Al-Khokha district is one of the ISIS steps targeting of religious monuments in an effort to provoke sedition and obliterate the Yemeni identity and its authenticity.

The Yemen Scholars Association considered, in a statement issued today, that the destruction of the Al-Noor Mosque is the best witness to the danger and brutality of those groups affiliated with the occupiers that target people with murder and mosques with destruction and bombing.
