Israeli occupation navy targets Palestinian fishermen in northern Gaza Strip

The Israeli occupation navy on Saturday targeted, with machine guns and tear gas canisters, Palestinian fishermen in the northern Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian News Agency “Wafa” stated “The Israeli navy soldiers stationed in the sea of the Gaza Strip fired heavy machine gunshots and tear gas canisters at fishermen’s boats off the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, and forced the fishermen to leave the sea.”

The Israeli boats deliberately fire gunshots and gas canisters daily at the fishermen’s boats in the sea of the Gaza Strip, and deprive them of their livelihood, the agency added.
