The forces of aggression committed 158 violations of the UN-brokered humanitarian and military truce during the past 24 hours, a security official said on Monday.
He said the aggression’s violations included flights of Apache warplanes in the airspace of al-Sawh area in Najran region, and 33 flights of armed and spying reconnaissance aircrafts in the airspace of Taiz, Sa’ada, and Dhalea provinces.
Among the violations were 2 airstrikes on the sites of the army and popular committees in Hiran and Haradh areas in Hajjah province and 2 infiltrations by mercenaries towards the sites of the army and popular committees in Bani Hassan area in Hajjah and Wadi Hamar, west of Maqbna district in Taiz.
The official said that 3 violations by the aggression’s mercenaries were monitored, as they created new fortifications in al-Barah area in Taiz province, al-Halhal area in Bayda province, and Harib district in Marib province.
He stated that 88 breaches were recorded, with heavy gunfire at citizens’ houses and the sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Jawf, Sa’ada, Dhalea and Bayda provinces and 29 violations with artillery shelling in Marib, Hajjah, Jawf, Sa’ada and Bayda provinces.
The mercenaries of the aggression also targeted, with intense artillery, the sites of the army and popular committees in al-Shabaka and al-Hamdani areas west of Bayda province, southeast of Hiran and north of al-Manjura area in Hajjah province and Erk al-Abtar, Taybet al-Asm and Shaqt Nad in Jawf province.
Intense artillery shelling by the mercenaries also targeted the sites of the army and popular committees in al-Amoud, al-Batool, al-Ghour, al-Alamah, al-Majdah, al-Muhamdi, Qaim Sayyab and Kamla in Sa’ada province as well as Nate’a area in Bayda province.
