Ministry of Human Rights Condemns US-Saudi Continued Crimes Against Civilians
Yemeni Ministry of Human Rights condemned, on Monday, the continued crimes committed by the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression against civilians, the latest of which was the aggression’s targeting of Ahmed Mohammad Tamri family in Abs district, Hajjah governorate.
In a statement, the Ministry of Human Rights considered the continuation of the aggression targeting civilians and committing more war crimes against women and children, as a blatant defiance of heavenly and international charters and legislation, and an extension of the crime that does not and will not be subject to statute of limitations.
The statement of the Ministry of Human Rights holds the international community responsible for the consequences of the crimes committed by the coalition of aggression, calling on humanitarian organizations and bodies to condemn these crimes.
The US-Saudi aggression targeted a house in the Abs district of Hajjah governorate late Sunday, killing and injuring a number of citizens, most of them women and children. Almasirah Net correspondent in Hajjah stated that at least a woman was killed and 10 wounded as a result of the crime of aggression against the family of citizen Ahmed Tamri in the Al-Saqf area in the Abs district. Among the wounded were seven children, aged between one and a half and 14 years, as well as an elderly person, the correspondent added.
Since the beginning of the latest escalation of the Saudi-US coalition, the aggression has launched daily night raids targeting residential neighborhoods in the capital, Sana’a, and Yemeni governorates, killing and wounding about 500 civilians.
