Security forces seize smuggled agricultural pesticides in Sanaa
Security forces in Sanaa province seized agricultural pesticides, cigarettes, contraband building materials and expired food items.
Police said that 3,700 cartons of smuggled pesticides were seized in the directorate of al-Haymah al-Kharjyah, were on board of a locomotive truck, in addition to a quantity of building materials smuggled.
In Sa’afan district, the security forces seized 400 pieces of “Indian tamarind”, 40 cartons of “mint”, 48 cartons of energy drink, and 380 cartons of ” Hot sauce”, all expired and damaged, while 4 cartons and 200 smuggled cigarettes were seized.
They all were referred to the competent authorities.
