Protest in Saudi-occupied Taiz Against Deteriorating Living Conditions
Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of the city of Taiz, which is under the control of the US-Saudi aggression, Saturday, to protest against the deteriorating living conditions.
The protesters also burned pictures of the fugitive Abd Rabbo Hadi and his prime minister in protest against the high prices of wheat, flour and foodstuffs. The protesters called for the expulsion of US-Saudi aggression from Yemen, accusing the so-called head of the legitimate government, Maeen Abdulmalik, and its governor in Taiz, Nabil Shamsan, of corruption, looting public money and adopting a policy of starvation against the people of the province.
It should be noted that the city of Taiz, which is subject to the force of US-Saudi aggression, is witnessing large popular demonstrations, in protest against the deteriorating economic situation and the rise in prices due to the collapse of the national currency.
