New protest rallies erupt in Hadramout
Hundreds of the sons of Hadramout province renewed protests on the starvation policy made by the Saudi-led coalition against the sons of the southern provinces.
The participants demanded, in an angry demonstration that roamed the streets of the city of Mukalla, to put an end to the rise in food prices and the lack of fuel, stressing the return of their popular escalation due to the continuous deterioration of the Yemeni riyal against foreign currencies.
The demonstrators called on traders and employees to implement a comprehensive civil disobedience to express the widespread popular rejection of the tragic conditions that have plunged the citizens into famine and a humanitarian crisis described as the worst in the world, according to UN reports.
The protesters blocked a number of streets of the city, chanting slogans against the local authorities, rejecting the price increase in fuel and food.
