Public Prosecution resumes investigations into aggression crimes in Dhamar

The Public Prosecution in Dhamar province resumed on Tuesday investigations into the Saudi-led aggression coalition crimes, which had not previously been investigated, in the province.

 

The Public Prosecutor of East Dhamar – head of the Investigation Committee – Judge AbduleIah Salah, said that the prosecution had completed investigations into the incident of the aggression coalition bombing of the house of Abdulkarim Saleh Hassan Al-Bukhiti in Al-Malha village in Al-Hada district on December 17, 2015, which led to the killing of four people, the injury of 12 others, and the destruction of the house and caused damage to neighboring houses.

 

Judge Salah added that the prosecution heard five owners of the houses damaged by the bombing, and ordered the local authority to assign the engineering unit in the province to inventory and assess the material damage and submit a report to the prosecution.

 

He stated that investigation procedures into the bombing of Al-Bukhiti’s home began on the 9th of this September and included moving, inspecting, documenting with pictures, and hearing the claims of the affected people.
