Health Minister meets UNICEF representative

Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel discussed here on Tuesday with UNICEF Resident Representative in Yemen Philippe Duamelle the activities and programs of the organization.

The meeting dealt with the coordination and cooperation mechanism between the ministry and the organization during the coming period.

In the meeting, Dr. Al-Mutawakel stressed the importance of enhancing the partnership between the ministry and UNICEF, especially with regard to motherhood and childhood programs, preparing plans and reports, and implementing projects.
