MSF projects in Yemen discussed

Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (SCMCHA) Manea al-Asal met on Sunday with the heads of the French, Spanish, Dutch and Swiss organizations of Doctors Without Borders (MSF).

The meeting reviewed the MSF implemented health projects and ways to develop the health facilities in order to ensure the quality of the provided health service.

The meeting also discussed aspects related to the distribution mechanism of the projects to ensure the greatest efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the health sector.

Al-Asal stressed the need to coordinate with the SCMCHA to focus on the implementation of the projects of high priority.

In reurn, the heads of MSF organizations expressed their readiness to coordinate with the SCMCHA and to contribute to provide comprehensive health services in various provinces.
