Human Rights Calls on Local Organizations to Convey Grievances of Yemeni People Due to US-Saudi Aggression
On Tuesday, the Ministry of Human Rights held a meeting of the ministry’s advisory body of civilians.
At the meeting, the Acting Minister of Human Rights, Ali Al-Dailami, called on local human rights organizations to play an active role in publicizing the injustices against the people of Yemen due to the US-Saudi aggression and siege, which they have been subjected to for years.
Al-Dailami denounced the absence of the voice of human rights
organizations and institutions at home. “The pro-Saudi-government decided to raise tariffs, and Human Rights organizations should focus on the impact of this decision on Yemeni families now and in the future.”
“In Yemen, people are entirely subjected to siege and aggression. Everyone is to stand by this country and support it. We should convey its grievances to the world”, he said.
