Update: Explosion in Abyan rises victims to 32

The death toll from the motorbike’s explosion in Abyan province, south of Yemen, rose on Friday to 32 dead and wounded, local sources said.

The sources said that a remotely controlled motorbike bomb exploded in a large vehicle belonging to the Security Belt militia backed by the UAE in Zinjibar district, killing 7 people and wounding 25 others.

The wounded were taken to hospitals in the district, which are controlled by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council forces for two years.
