STC militias attacks protesters in Aden

The Southern Transitional Council militia backed by the UAE attacked on Tuesday a protest rally in the city of Aden, south of Yemen.

A video circulated by activists on social media, Twitter, showed the “STC” elements attacking an angry demonstration of citizens that call for improving electricity services and the rest of the main services, such as water and health.

The video showed several the STC militia members prevented the demonstrators from passing from one of streets in Al-Tawahi area, and slogans were chanted about the “STC” departure.

On Monday, dozens of protests erupted angry protests after the “STC” militia kidnapped human rights activist Fouad Al-Diqan, against the background of his fiery criticisms calling for improving electricity service, and providing water and a decent life for citizens in Aden.
