Yemen Relief distributes 150 food baskets in Dhamar
The Yemen Relief and Reconstruction Foundation has distributed food baskets to 150 needy families and the families of the martyrs in Dhamar city.
Foundation coordinator Ali Najmuddin said on Saturday the distribution came within the framework of the humanitarian projects the Foundation implements in response to the revolution’s call to address the needs of the poor and the families of the martyrs.
He noted to the importance of adopting such charitable projects in reviving the values of compassion and cooperation and promoting social solidarity, praising the efforts of the volunteers in delivering aid to the families.
Najmuddin called on merchants and the well-to-do to take advantage of the virtues of the blessed month of Ramadan to help the needy families, especially in light of difficult circumstances as a result of aggression and blockade on Yemen.
