Deputy chief of Gen. staff meets deputy head of UNMHA

– Deputy Chief of the General Staff Maj. Gen. Ali al-Mosheki has met with deputy head of the United Nations mission to support the Hodeida agreement (UNMHA) Daniela Kroslak.

 

In the meeting held on Tuesday in the capital Sana’a, al-Mosheki, who is also the head of the national team for redeployment in Hodeida, called on the United Nations to take bold and decisive stances towards the crimes committed by the aggression and its mercenaries in the Hodeida province.

 

He said the aggression raids affected the displaced and also targeted al-Salif area and Hodeida civil airport, which led to the burning of one of the civilian planes.

 

The Deputy Chief of the General Staff called on the United Nations mission to bring the mercenaries team back to the negotiating table in order to achieve the implementation of the humanitarian objectives of Sweden’s Agreement.

 

He warned of an impending humanitarian disaster after the hospitals and water and electricity institutions in Yemen were halted due to the aggression countries’ piracy of oil ships.

 

For her part, Kroslak expressed her appreciation for the national team’s efforts in implementing the Sweden agreement and adhering to the ceasefire in the province.

 

Kroslak affirmed the commitment to contribute to providing devices and equipment for clearing mines ‘the other side’ had planted in Tehama territories.
