Civil defense controls fire in oil black market in Sanaa

Civil defense team in capital Sanaa were able to extinguish a fire that broke out in a car selling oil on the black market in Al-Rayyan Street in Nuqm neighborhood of Azal district.

The director of civil defense at the secretariat, Col. Mohammed Bahish, told the Yemen News Agency (Saba) that civil defense teams were able to put out the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby homes and buildings .

He pointed out that the cause of the fire was the burning of quantities of oil derivatives on board a Hilux car and barrels on the ground in a black market.

Bahish called on citizens to report any fire incidents on 191.
