Civil Organizations Condemns Saudi-led Aggression for Arbitrary Oil Ship Detention
Civil society organizations condemned the continued detention of oil derivative ships by the US-Saudi aggression. In their statements, these organizations explained the repercussions of the arbitrary practices by the US-Saudi aggression.
This is a continued maritime piracy on ships bonding for Yemeni ports, which increase the humanitarian catastrophe. Lack of supplies lead to the suspension of many services and vital sectors, which doubles the suffering of citizens.
The civil organizations held the United Nations fully responsible for what the situation will lead to in the coming days, as a result of disregarding the practices of aggression and its detention of derivative ships and preventing them from entering the port of Hodeidah, despite obtaining entry permits from the international organization.
The statement called on the free people in the world to stand by the Yemeni people, calling for more pressure on the countries of the coalition of aggression to stop the unjust war and the release of all detained fuel ships. The organizations also demanded not to detain ships of oil derivatives in the future, as well as to open sea and air ports.
