Ministry of Human Rights Thanks Free People of World, Objecting US-Saudi Aggression on Yemen
The Ministry of Human Rights thanked all the efforts of the free people of the world call to stop the ongoing US-Saudi aggression against Yemen. The protests in support of Yemeni people took place today and called for an end to the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression, which has been going for the past six years.
In the statement, the Ministry praised the honorable position on the free people of the world raising their voice and calling the world for an immediate end to the aggression against Yemen. They called for the injustice that befell about 30 million Yemenis, women, children, and the elderly are the most affected. The statement demanded protection of rights in Yemen, saving Yemenis from the genocide committed by the US-Saudi aggression.
The statement called on the free people of the world and the organizations to which they belong to exert more pressure on the leaders of the countries of the world, especially the countries of the coalition of American-Saudi-Emirati aggression.
The Ministry appealed to all to push for ending the suffocating siege on Yemen, which was the cause of the worst humanitarian disaster in contemporary history, according to the testimony of the United Nations and humanitarian organizations. It has caused the outbreak of fatal diseases and famine, the affliction of millions of children with acute malnutrition, and the displacement of millions of Yemenis, Thousands were unable to travel abroad to receive treatment.
The statement expressed the hope that all humanitarian organizations join and act with serious and humanitarian steps to stop the aggression against the Yemeni people, lift the siege, and stop human suffering. The statement singled out the suffering caused by the siege on the children and women of Yemen. It called for the punishment of war criminals.
