Dozens in Shabwa protest against Islah Party power
A mass protest rally was held on Sunday by dozens of sons of Shabwa province against decision of Islah Party in the province.
At the rally, the protesters called for an open sit-in to protest the decisions taken by the Islah power, which decided to demolish and remove their commercial stores that sell fish, meat and various types of vegetables in Ataq city.
The participants raised slogans demanding compensation and justice for the demolition of their only sources of livelihood, indicating that the Islah step against their stores without finding suitable alternatives increases their suffering in light of the difficult living conditions.
Hundreds of families have been affected by the suspension of the work of those in charge of selling fish and vegetables in the shops demolished by the Islah forces.
