Human Rights Office in Taiz: US-Saudi Aggression Killed and Injured 851 Children

The Human Rights Office in Taiz governorate confirmed, Sunday, that the number of children who have been killed and injured since the start of the US-Saudi aggression on Yemen has reached 851. Most of these children were killed in US-Saudi airstrikes and the some due to bombing of mercenaries in Taiz governorate.

In a statement, the office stated that the rights of Yemeni children are wasted in light of the silence of the international community and its disregard for the killing and terrorizing by the forces of aggression over the past 6 years.

It added that the US-Saudi aggression’s raids and the bombing caused the destruction of 152 schools in the governorate, pointing out that the schools under the US-Saudi mercenaries’ control were turned into military barracks.

“The United Nations and the international and humanitarian community bear full responsibility for violations of children’s rights and premeditated killings,” he added.
