Aden hospitals refuse to receive northern province’s people injured in traffic accident

Hospitals in the occupied Aden province refused on Tuesday to receive citizens from the northern governorates, who were injured in a traffic accident on their way to Aden from Taiz province, sources said.

The sources affirmed that Al-Jumhuriya Hospital in Khor Maksar district refused to receive ten wounded citizens in traffic accident that happened on Monday evening.

The sources noted that the paramedics, after hospitals refused to receive and treat the injured, took them to one of houses in Khor Maksar for treatment, before they returned – on to Taiz governorate today.

Dozens of people of Aden strongly denounced the arbitrary measures taken by the hospitals in rejecting to receive the injured citizens, stressing that the inhuman treatment by doctors and the administrations of the Republic Hospitals contradicts the rules of the medical profession.
