Southern Teachers Syndicate calls to public strike in Aden
The Southern Teachers and Educators Syndicate in the province of Aden called on a general strike to demand achieving teachers duties and rights.
The Syndicate, in a statement, determined the initial escalatory steps, which would be represented by protests in front of the education offices of the districts of the province and Ministry of Education office in Aden on August 23,26.
The union called on teachers to continue their escalatory steps until they extracted all teacher rights from the Saudi-backed exiled Hadi’s government of corruption.
The statement announced its refusal to split the union’s demands because of disavowing the implementation of the demands and rights of teachers three years ago by the Hadi government.
