Shura Council condemns continued aggression’s crimes against Yemeni people

The Shura Council has condemned in strongest terms the continuation of the horrific massacres committed by the Aggression coalition against the Yemeni people for nearly six years.

The Council denounced the hostile crime committed by the Aggression Coalition on al-Ma’atara area in Khab Washaaf district in Jawf province in which more than 20 citizens were killed and wounded.

The Shura Council held the United Nations, the Security Council, the Human Rights Council, and the international community the legal, moral and humanitarian responsibility as a result of silence and neglect in targeting civilians and the daily war crimes committed by the aggression coalition against the Yemeni people and its persistence in destroying Yemen’s capabilities and all the basics of life.

It stressed that the continuation of the aggression crimes against the Yemeni people, including children, women and the elderly, reflects the arrogance, confusion, and despair of the aggression coalition led by the Saudi and Emirati regimes in the service of the agenda and plans of global Zionism in the region.

The council pointed out that the aggression coalition’s plot in Yemen will fail no matter how much its crime and arrogance over the Yemeni people, stressing that the hand of justice will reach perpetrators of aggression crimes sooner or later.

The Shura Council called on local and international organizations to assume responsibility in monitoring and documenting the criminal balance and the daily massacres committed by the Aggression Coalition against civilians, women, and children of Yemen.

It also called for the formation of a transparent and independent international committee to investigate al-Ma’atara’s crime and other unprecedented crimes in contemporary human history.
