National Committee for Women condemns rape of child in Hays district

The National Women’s Committee condemned the rape crime of the child Maria Abdo Al-Sindhi by a mercenary in the district of Hays in Hodeidah province.

In a statement, the committee considered that the rape crime of a girl who was not seven years old by her mother’s husband reflects the extent of the moral decline reached by the mercenaries and those behind them.

The statement condemned the prevailing silence regarding the crime, the pursuit of coalition’s  mercenaries and the arrest of all who exposed this horrific crime.

The committee called on all Yemeni tribes to sacrifice tribalism to liberate all occupied areas, protect honor, and cleanse the country from aggression forces and its mercenaries.
