GPC condemns coalition’s crime on civilian’s car in Saada
The General People’s Congress (GPC) on Monday strongly condemned Saudi-led coalition’s airstrikes on a civilian’s car in Sheda district of Saada province, which killed 13, including women and children.
An official source in the conference’s General Secretariat indicated that this heinous crime is an extension of the crimes of aggression and its horrific massacres against innocent civilians who are safe in their homes, markets and public roads.
The conference renewed its demand for the United Nations and the international community to explicitly condemn this crime and other crimes, and to accompany it with strict measures against its perpetrator to demonstrate the credibility of the United Nations and the international community in general.
The conference called for the formation of a neutral international committee to investigate the series of crimes of aggression, and to hold accountable and punish the perpetrators of this crime and all crimes committed during the past five years, holding the aggression countries and their mercenaries responsible for the crimes committed against the homeland of genocide war crimes.
The General People’s Congress pointed out that the repeated aggression targeting against civilians is a heinous crime that is punishable under international law, and constitutes a flagrant violation of international conventions, customs, laws and divine laws.
