National delegation discusses with Iranian official regional developments

The national negotiating delegation headed by Mohammad Abdul Salam discussed on Saturday with the Iranian Foreign Minister’s Senior Assistant for Special Political Affairs Ali-Asghar Khaji,the local and regional developments.

In a meeting, which was held via video technology and attended by Yemen’s ambassador to Tehran, Ibrahim Al-Dailami, touched on the efforts exerted to establish peace and support project presented by the UN envoy Martin Griffiths regarding the cease-fire and lifting the siege, as well as opening Sanaa International Airport to face COVID-19.

Abdul Salam affirmed the consistent position by the national delegation to stop the Saudi-led aggression coalition and lift its siege imposed on the Yemeni people .
