International Cooperation Department: Reducing Aid Reveals an Internationalism Trade on Yemenis Suffering

Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs, Mane’e Al-Asal, confirmed Thursday, that the decision to reduce aid in Yemen is a political decision that is far from the humanitarian considerations and an attempt to put pressure on the national parties.

Al-Asal explained that such decisions with a major military escalation reveal an internationalism trade on the suffering of the Yemenis.

The Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs held yesterday the WFP responsible for the humanitarian consequences of the decision to reduce aid.
