US-Saudi coalition Detains 13 Ships of Oil Derivatives and Food
The coalition of the US-Saudi aggression is holding 13 ships carrying oil derivatives and food despite receiving UN permits, a source at the port of Hodeidah said on Wednesday.
The source told that the coalition forces continue to detain ships in front of Jizan port, despite carrying UN permits.
Yemen Petroleum Company said in a statement that despite the UN envoy for Yemen in his briefing to the Security Council on November 22, which talked about the entry of fuel ships to the port of Hodeidah and that the crisis was avoided … that.
“Despite the briefing of the UN envoy for Yemen to the Security Council on November 22, which says that tankers enter the port of Hodeidah and that the crisis was avoided… etc, we affirm that the coalition of aggression is still holding five tankers despite obtaining permits to enter the port of Hodeidah,” Yemen Petroleum Company said in a statement on Tuesday.
It added that the coalition holding of oil ships loaded with gasoline and diesel is due to strangling on citizens and increasing their suffering.
The Company pointed out that the detained tankers are carrying about 84,837 tons of gasoline and 53,004 tons of diesel.
