The Eye of Humanity Center for Human Rights and Development, on Sunday, confirmed that targeting prisoners in Dhamar by the US-Saudi aggression warplanes in a known place for the International Red Cross is a heinous crime against prisoners.
The Center reiterated its call on the Human Rights Council and the High Commissioner to condemn and document the crimes and violations of the coalition of aggression against Yemen.
It called for the Security Council to form independent and impartial international commissions to investigate the facts and direct investigation into all violations and crimes committed by the countries of the coalition of aggression.
Early Sunday, the US-Saudi aerial aggression launched seven raids on a building used for war prisoners north of Dhamar province. More than 150 people were killed and injured in the massacre, while the process of recovering victims continues.
