FM meets WFP’s new representative for Yemen

Foreign Minister Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Wednesday met with the newly-appointed Resident Representative of the UN World Food Program (WFP) in Yemen, Laurent Bukera.

In the meeting, Sharaf welcomed the new resident representative of WPF in Yemen, affirming that he will find full cooperation and facilities to enable him to carry out his duties to the fullest, wishing him success in his new work.

For his part, Bukera confirmed WFP’s commitment to its humanitarian tasks and its keenness to fulfill its responsibilities in light of the growing humanitarian needs of Yemenis.
