Islah militias kidnap Omani citizen in Marb

The Islah party militias held an Omani citizen inside one its prisons in Marib province a year ago after he was kidnapped, Omani sources reported on Wednesday

The Omani “Sadiq Al Issa” said that his friend “Ali Abdul Mohsen Al-Sheikh” from Sohar state in Oman, still behind bars in Marib after he was kidnapped from his vehicle at a checkpoint in Yemen and taken to the Security Directorate in Marib nearly a year ago.

Al Issa pointed out that the man has nothing to do with the war in Yemen or the conflicts.

Al-Issa appealed to the honorable people in Yemen to intervene to release the Al Sheikh, for the sake of his children who are waiting for him to return safely.

For his part, the Omani Professor Professor Haider Al Lawati called on all the honorable and free people of Yemen to intervene to free the Omani citizen.
