Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Tuesday stressed the importance of international support to address repercussions of the humanitarian situation in Yemen, which continues to worsen, and to take care of it at the same pace as the political process.
During his meeting in Sanaa with Head of the Office of the UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Yemen Nicola Davies, Sharaf noted in this regard to the importance of the reopening of Sanaa International Airport, especially in light of the recent developments in Aden and the increasing suffering of citizens, especially patients, students, businessmen and other travelers, as a result of the complex procedures placed by Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition and its mercenaries.
