President al-Mashat orders to aid affected families by floods in Mahwet

Mehdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, on Wednesday directed the authorities concerned to quickly relief those affected by heavy rains and floods in Mahwet governorate.

He stressed the importance of accounting the damage, providing emergency relief and shelter services to the people of the directorate.

Mehdi al-Mashat further stressed the importance of concerted efforts between stakeholders and the people of the region to reduce the damage and alleviate the suffering of citizens and face any possible repercussions

He expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
