Dead body of leader in southern movement found in Aden
Local residents found the dead body of a leading and activist in the so-called Southern movement in a residential apartment in southern port city of Aden on Tuesday, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.
Activists from the city of Aden, on the social media platforms, confirmed that the body of the activist in the southern movement “Yasser Massayb” was killed inside a residential apartment in Omar Mukhtar area of Sheikh Othman district, before informing the local authorities there.
For his part, the owner of the account “Abu Qusai ibn Abyan al-Bar” on the social media “Facebook” accused soldiers belonging to the exiled Hadi’s Minister of Interior, Ahmed al-Maysari in Aden of assassinating the activist in the southern movement in Omar al-Mukhtar neighborhood after he was drawn from his house and get rid of him in a residential apartment.
The United Arab Emirates ‘ activist militia had arrested ” Yasser Massayb” in April 2017 and released after people of the Al-Mansoura district staged a protest calling on the UAE occupation militia to release him.
