Political analyst confirms Saudi Arabia’s incapability to protect its vital facilities
Mohammed Yahya al-Mansour, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yemeni News Agency Saba has on Wednesday highlighted the significance of the successful aerial operation launched by the Yemeni Army on Tuesday, using seven drone attacks to strike the Saudi Aramco company and damaging several pumping stations in Yanbu.
In a statement on Twitter, al-Mansour said that “the targeting of sensitive Saudi oil facilities in an efficient and effective manner is a message that must be read by Saudi Arabia, the US and the Western countries supporting the aggression against Yemen.”
“This message confirms Saudi Arabia’s inability to protect its vital facilities and the impossibility of achieving its goals in Yemen and the region,” Mohammed Al-Mansour added.
On Tuesday, the Yemeni Army launched seven drone attacks on the Saudi Aramco company, damaging pumping stations.
The 1,200-kilometer pipeline carries crude from Saudi Arabia’s main eastern oil fields to the western Red Sea port city of Yanbu.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia admitted the attack and halted pumping crude oil.
