Humanitarian Situation In Durihmi Catastrophic : Governor Of Hodeidah

The governor of Hodeidah province, Mohammed Quhaim said on Thursday that humanitarian situation in Duraihmi district is catastrophic as a result of US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s siege since eight months ago.
Quhaim send a message to chairman of the UN coordinating committee, Michael Lawlessard, explaining that three women and a man were died because of coalition’s shells and they were not able to evacuated and taken to hospitals because of the seige.
He also said thay the UN has not played its humanitarian role to deliver aid.
The governor added that the UN has not allowed the people of the city to go out for treatment.
Mohammed Quhaim said that the UN commission should work to alleviate the suffering and to notify the international community of the Saudi-led aggression coalition’s crimes.
