SH.A.
Hundreds of people staged a protest in Istanbul on Sunday, condemning the execution of a group of Saudi dissidents and the continued aggression on Yemen led by Saudi Arabia.
In a demonstration held in front of the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, demonstrators denounced the Saudi regime’s execution of dozens of prisoners of conscience, as well as the brutal massacres committed by the Saudi-led coalition countries against the Yemeni people for the past four years.
Participants called on the Arab and Islamic nations to take up their responsibilities to the oppressed people of Yemen.
They further called on the free nations of the world to put pressure on the international community to stop the aggression and to break the siege on Yemen, which suffers from an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe.
During the demonstration, the participants raised photographs of Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi and the banner with the slogan of the Ansarullah movement, as well as the slogan of Hezbollah.
They also raised photos showing the brutality and horror of the Saudi-led crimes being committed against the Yemeni people.
Demonstrators chanted the slogan of “death to America and death to Israel.” They also raised pictures of Saudi crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and denounced the public normalization with the Israeli entity.
