Aden city, which was occupied by UK ,but now under the control of UAE and the rest of the southern cities witness an insecurity situation that increased the assassinations of Imams of mosques and security and military leaderships which is rejected even by its paid fighters.

The city of Aden witnessed a general strike of traffic men who disappeared from intersections and streets of the city.

According to a source in the Traffic Department of Aden, the strike of traffic men at the administrative level and in the field comes in solidarity with their colleagues who have been assaulted by the emergency forces led by Kamal al-Halimi at an intersection in al-Manoura district for the second time, demanding that their assaulted colleagues should be rehabilitated and that the aggressors must be held accountable, stressing the continuation of the strike until the implementation of their demands.

A leader in the so-called Southern Transitional Council (STC), a southern Yemeni separatist organisation backed by the UAE forces, in Aden resigned due to raids by a security force loyal to the Council in Bir Fadl.

The member of the local leadership of the council, named Abdurrahman Mohamed Jefri, said that he has resigned because of the actions of a public security battalion led by Samah against the citizens of Aden, stating that “More than 10 military pickups loaded soldiers led by Samah have stormed and raided my relative’s home in Bir Fadl, Dara Sa’ad District on Tuesday morning, for the third time,” .

A number of military and security officers and owners of land given to armed forces personnel in 1990 staged a protest in front of house of interior minister in exiled Hadi’s government in Aden city, helding official ownership contracts of their land in Block-1 located in Bir Fadl area since 1990, demanded Hadi’s authorities to arrest an influential figure who looted their lands and restore their property.

The move came after a similar protesting vigil carried out by the officers and owners of those lands in front of headquarters of Aden Security Administration loyal to the UAE forces.

Several politicians are set to declare “Aden’s mobilization” as a new political movement to put a political pressure to drive paid fighters out of Aden city.

The movement would be led by several prominent politicians, social figures and youths, aiming to achieve justice to Aden citizens and put an end to their grievances imposed by the paid fighters.

The company of Sharp Brother for Trading and Marketing appeals to the government of exiled President Hadi to restore one of its buildings in Aden province, confirming in a letter that an armed elements stormed the building and seized it in conjunction with the entry of the forces of the UAE to Aden, and the elements took advantage of the security chaos and rented it for them with the assistance of the company who betrayed it, and appealing to the Minister of Interior of the Government of Hadi in Aden to intervene, redress them and return the property of the company looted in Aden.

The Yemeni activist,  Mona Safwan said that what applies to Hodeidah must be applied to Aden as ” the so-called Hadi’s legitimacy” is incapable of running any Yemeni region or city.

Safwan said in a tweet that imposing an international presence in any of the Yemeni regions reflects a global rejection of the control of the so-called “legitimacy ” government appointed by Riyadh to manage one of the most important cities of the world and the region.

According to observers, the proposal of Safwan is a smart hint and looking ahead to the near future, in which we may see a similar agreement to Hodeidah agreement in Sweden consultation regarding the City and port of Aden.

A Yemeni journalist , Ahmed Maher , on his Twitter account accused the UAE forces of being behind the crimes of killing and assassinations in the city of Aden.

A security official loyal to the UAE forces in the southern port city of Aden said that the city has become full of murderers , paid fighters and terrorists.

“Aden’s days and nights have become similar to hell, and death surrounds us everywhere,” said Colonel Ali al-Dhib, deputy director of the security of Aden, in an article he wrote on Monday, adding that many leading figures in Aden had been killed and that the rest of them are threatened at all times to be victims of silent assassinations.

American and European agencies and newspapers revealed that the UAE and Saudi forces have special teams in the southern provinces to carry out assassinations against military, security, religious and political figures.

The United Nations Office in New York issued a statement warning its missions in Aden province of the risk of terrorist attacks.

The statement  included warnings to the United Nations staff in Aden that they could be abducted and there were threats of terrorist attacks at Aden airport using a hijacked car belonging to the United Nations.

The Yemeni activist resident in the United States, Farea al-Maslmi, a visitor researche in both the Carnegie International Peace Corporation in Beirut and the Middle East Institute in the Washington.

, describes the decision of the exiled president  Hadi’s government to transfer the central bank from the capital Sanaa as disastrous decision.

In March 2015, the US -backed –Saudi-led coalition started  a war against Yemen with the declared aim of crushing the Houthi Ansarullah movement, who had taken over from the staunch Riyadh ally and fugitive former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, while also seeking to secure the Saudi border with its southern neighbor. Three years and over 600,000 dead and injured Yemeni people and  prevented the patients from travelling abroad for treatment and blocked the entry of medicine into the war-torn country, the war has yielded little to that effect.

Despite the coalition claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi bombers are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.

However, Saudi Arabia relies heavily on the US in its brutal war on Yemen. Washington has deployed a commando force on the Arab kingdom’s border with Yemen to help destroy arms belonging to Yemen’s popular Houthi Ansarullah movement. Washington has also provided logistical support and aerial refueling.
