Banan Foundation to Distribute More Than 400 Food Baskets for the Poor

Banan Development charitable Foundation inaugurated today a project to distribute 700 food baskets in multiple districts in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, under the slogan “A hand protects, and the other defends”.
The food basket project comes within the framework of the campaign of the martyr president al-Sammad, which is implemented by Banan Foundation and aims for three thousand and 300 families from those in need within the districts of the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, in addition to Hamdan district in Sana’a province, district of al-Rajm in Mahweet province, and other areas in Saada and Hajjah provinces.
The Executive Director of Banan Foundation, Adel al-Amadi, stated that more than 400 food baskets will be distributed in a number of districts within the capital Sana’a.
He noted that the campaign of the martyr president, al-Sammad, presented by the Foundation, will continue to give out baskets of food to alleviate the suffering of families that are displaced and affected by the Saudi war in the Yemeni capital and other governorates.
Al-Amadi stressed the willingness and preparation of the Foundation to implement a number of projects and activities, such as the distribution of Eid clothing, blankets during the coming months and to begin the production of milk and poultry.
